You can pay by Paypal via the internet or visit us in person at one of our events. If you choose HSBC as you checkout you will enter your card details on our secure server and your card details will be verified immediately by HSBC. If you choose to pay by Paypal you will be required to enter your Paypal login details. Please note that you will be paying 'SupaMax', which is our company name.
For all orders, your transaction is initiated after confirming your order and processed immediately. Immediately following your order, we aim to establish whether the products you have ordered are in stock and for example, where custom cue orders are concerned, we contact you to confirm your specifications. Prior to this contact, we establish the current manufacturing time with the cuemaker so we can advise as to the estimated delivery date.
You will be sent emails to alert you as to when your order has been shipped and completed so you are fully in the loop from the time you make your order.
We stock a diverse product range and so in most cases we have the items within our store in stock. If you do not receive confirmation that the order is noted as 'Awaiting Fulfilment' then you can expect us to contact you to advise you as to when you are likely to recieve your goods.
8Ballstore.com Returns Policy
You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that you contact us with details of your purchase and the reasons for your return. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 7 days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returning an item couldn't be more straightforward. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Free UK delivery applies to some of the products within the 8ballstore.com. For products with free delivery, Royal Mail's standard level of postal service is used. This level of service offers does not always come with full insurance although every package we send does have a proof of postage that you as the customer are within your rights to request a copy of. Customers are advised to contact us if they wish to add a fully insured delivery service, i.e. a courier service, to their order. 8ballstore.com uses a variety of courier firms and will endeavour to provide the service that most suits the needs of the order size/weight etc. 8ballstore.com courier delivery costs a maximum of £12 GBP.
For UK deliveries, we reserve the right to choose the products for which we offer 'free delivery'. Please note that featured products, i.e those that are on sale for below the RRP, tend to have a postage charge applied.
Whilst 8ballstore.com makes every effort to ensure a safe delivery of products we send to our customers, we cannot be held reponsible for goods that are lost in the post. We will however, endeavour to reclaim the cost of purchase or offer you as our customer a reasonable solution, for example, a reduced price on a replacement product. In cases where a product is lost, we can reclaim the minimum insurance loss of £36 for Royal Mail deliveries.
